Tower Christian School Student Forum Help
For anyone that is unfamiliar with internet forums, we have an introduction to forums that you can read. The Tower Christian School Student Forum is the heart of our interactive content, and we hope that it becomes an excellent tool for developing the community of the Tower Christian School family. The Forum software itself provides an excellent Help system for explaining many things, and the Help system is available even without signing into the forum. Simply choose the Help option from the forum menu bar when you are at the Forum’s sign-in screen.
Because we want this to be a safe place for our younger members, we require registration and logging in before you can access the forum’s interactive features. If you have never signed in to a forum before, we have a help topic covering how to register and sign in to the forum. Also, because we need to identify you as part of the Tower family, be sure that we have some way of reaching you. If you use an e-mail address that we cannot send to, such as when you only receive from your own list of addresses, then we have no way of identifying you and no way of reaching you. You will need to use our Contact Page to send us a note and let us know who you are and that you are trying to sign up.
Parents and family members 13 and older can register for themselves, and they can begin using the forum as soon as the forum administrators can identify them as a member of the Tower family and then approve their registration. For our Tower family members younger than 13, however, we require parental permission prior to having access to the forum. This practice has actually been established by the FTC in order to protect young users of the internet. We want to educate parents about these issues, which is why we encourage everyone to review the Tower Christian School Student Site Privacy Policy.
