Half Inch Margins
By submitting a digital page, you ensure the highest quality transfer to the printer’s systems. However, there are still important issues to pay attention to. The most critical issue in the digital options is the same as the most critical issue in the Traditional Page instructions. The half inch margin is critical for your benefit. Each year we emphasize the importance of the half inch margin on all edges of your page, and each year we have some people fail to take it into account. In the past, we had a conscientious printer who would do everything he could to fix these errors. This year, our corporate vendor will simply be printing exactly what you give them. This means that if you ignore the half inch guideline your page will be truncated and lose content that you intended to have visible. So again, we emphasize the half inch margin for your benefit. Simply stay at least a half inch away from the edge of the page.
