Tower Christian School Yearbook Fundraising

By doing as many things digitally as possible, we have been able to keep the Yearbook cost down to what it has been for most of the last six years. However, it is Tower Christian School Fundraising that has helped as much or more than the expense cuts.

The primary fundraiser for the TCS Yearbook is the Box Tops for Education program. The great thing about the Box Tops program is that you do not need to purchase anything new in order to help out. Generally you already purchase items (such as Kleenex or Betty Crocker cookie mixes) for your personal use, and all you need to do is cut out and save the Box Top coupons for us. The Avery label company has recently released a major program connecting to the Box Tops for Education program, meaning that many Avery products now carry Box Tops coupons on their packaging. We collect the coupons year-round and send them in a couple times per year, and then Tower Christian School receives a check that helps fund the TCS Yearbook. No special fundraisers are involved, just remembering to cut out those Box Tops coupons that you already have.

Another great program that benefits a number of Tower Christian School activities is the S.H.A.R.E.S. Program. To participate you simply shop at participating stores, the Save Mart family of stores (SaveMart and FoodMaxx here in Fresno), and present your TCS S.H.A.R.E.S. card and your regular grocery shopping gets recorded for the benefit of Tower Christian School. It is another great way to fundraise for the school without needing to make any special purchase.
