Important TCS Fundraising Information

Tower Christian School has two fundraising programs that you can participate in and contribute to the TCS programs, and you can do so WITHOUT having to buy anything special or change what you are regularly doing. The S.H.A.R.E.S. program just involves using a Tower card when you go to SaveMart and FoodMaxx for grocery purchases (which records those purchases for the credit of Tower Christian School), and the Box Tops for Education program just involves cutting out the Box Tops coupons that are on products you are already buying. Please check out our important information about Tower Christian School's fundraising programs that make it easy for you to help support our school.

Ordering Your Yearbook

We have successfully kept the price of the yearbook at $15 again this year. We were able to do this by doing as many things digitally as possible. Orders for the Yearbook will be taken at the May Teacher’s Meeting. Payment must accompany your order at that time. If you will not be attending the May Teacher’s Meeting then please contact me to arrange for your order and payment prior to the meeting.

At the May Teacher’s Meeting we will have a checklist reflecting whether we have already received a digital page submission from you, or whether we are looking for a Traditional Page submission at the meeting.

Creating Your Family Page (or any special event page)

There are two basic ways to create your page:

  • The Traditional Way – this involves taking a blank sheet of white paper and putting your page together. If you choose to create a traditional page, be sure to turn in your page at the May Teacher’s Meeting (or before that if you know that you will not be attending that meeting). Click here for crucial Traditional Page instructions.

  • The High Quality Digital Way – in an effort to help everyone produce a high quality page, we have these critical instructions for our new digital options. The digital options, if followed correctly, will ensure the best output possible. Your digital page must be delivered by the May Teacher’s Meeting.

(Any special event page that you are responsible for, follow the same guidelines as outlined for the Family Pages. Due to rising costs, each special event is limited to a single page in the yearbook.)

Please contact us if you need quick answers to any Yearbook questions.
